Before the consultation, please complete the consultation request form and the Telemedicine Informed Consent Form. This helps our medical team review your case and protect your rights.
Our medical team reviews your medical records, test results, and imaging reports, then provides medical advice in written form.
After reviewing your medical information, our medical team will arrange an appointment and provide your consultation through a secure video platform.
Once your consultation is confirmed, the MacKay International Medical Center will schedule your appointment after receiving the required payment.
NTD 3,000 per case
NTD 7,500 per session, include Video Consultation NTD 6,500 / 30 minutes + Special Clinic Registration Fee NTD 1,000
※ Video consultations are charged in 30-minute units. Additional fees apply if the consultation exceeds the allotted time.
