Contact Initiation
Family members, insurance companies, or rescue agencies contact us and provide：
- Medical summary or referral letter
- Flight details and arrival time
- Patient information (NHI / self-pay) and contact details

Initial Assessment & Scheduling
- Evaluate the patient’s condition and arrival time
- Determine need for ER or hospitalization (ward / ICU)
- Schedule attending physician and room type (single / double)

Fees & Payment
- Provide a pre-arrival service estimate (excluding medical fees)
- Payment can be made by the patient, family, or rescue/insurance agency
- A guarantee letter is required if paid b

- Notify ER and ward teams before arriva
